Thanks to skyrocketing contracts that are fully guaranteed, the number of players who have made $150 million in their career is skyrocketing.

Despite that, Alex Rodriguez is still MLB's career leader in earnings with over $450 million. That will eventually change as Mike Trout is already guaranteed to make at least $507 million in his career thanks to his latest contract.

In all, 40 players have already made at least $150 million in their careers, including 21 who — like A-Rod — played at least part of the careers with the New York Yankees or the Los Angeles Dodgers.
